Mojah

Welcome to Mojah - The Bakery! My name is Farha. I’ve been an avid baker since I learned my way around the kitchen. The very first time I baked was courtesy of the kids show Zoom (go PBS)! I made soft pretzels in the shapes of my friends’ names. To this day, I still remember my Dad helping me roll out the dough. And the rest is history!

 

Fast forward many, many years and I still love baking. Nothing makes me happier than baking for people and spending hours perfecting a dish. When I’m not at my 9-5 software consulting job, I am busy testing out new flavors and techniques.
